| With the first addition to KIM's, our beautiful veranda was added off the main classroom. It is a picturesque place for the children to enjoy their lunch on warm days, to gather together for songs, or merely relaxing during playtime. It is used in a variety of ways and yet another environment of the school's amazing setting KIM's has to offer its students . |
KIM School was founded as a non-profit educational organization in March, 2002. It provides a
pre-school educational experience for children ages 3 to 6 and early elementary ages 6-9. The
school is run by an AMI trained Administrator and a Board of Directors. Our school is an
independent school and accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), founded in
1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori.

geography, practical life skills, and the arts.

| Each day weather permits, we go outdoors. This might include a hike along the many nature trails KIM's has to offer, playing on the playground, relaxing along the deck and veranda, feeding our animals in the barn or a game such as duck-duck-goose or red rover. |

community atmosphere for the children. The classrooms are spacious, and our large outdoor garden
with play environment, compliment the Montessori philosophy. Located atop the Moreau River,

providing daily nature rich experiences.
